由于食品安全问题的频发,导致食品安全检测成为了大众关注的热点与焦点。现代食品安全检测方法众多,但生物传感器的应用较为广泛。生物传感器是一个多学科交叉、融合的高技术,将现代传感器检测技术应用于食品安全检测,对开展食品安全检测,保证食品安全和保护人民身体健康具有重要的意义。基于此,从现代生物感染器的概述作为出发点,重点分析生物传感器在微生物、药物残留、添加剂、激素等方面的检测中的应用。

Due to the frequent food safety problems, leading to food safety testing has become the focus of public concern and focus. Modern food safety detection methods are numerous, but the application of biosensors is more extensive. Biosensor is a high technology of multi subject intersection and fusion, modern sensor detection technology was applied to the food safety testing, it has the vital significance in carrying out food safety testing, and ensuring food safety and protecting people's health. Based on this, from the overview of modern biological infection as a starting point, this paper analysed the application of biosensors in the detection of microorganisms, drug residues, additives, hormones and so on.
