摘要
《食品安全法》实施以来,我国在2010年开展了一次比较全面性、系统性的食品化学污染的风险监测,针对食品安全风险监测过程中出现的问题,制定相应的质量控制措施。而且,一直以来食品化学污染物的安全风险监测,都是国家食品安全管理的重要环节。鉴于此,本文主要分析食品污染物的风险监测质量控制的要点,针对风险监测中存在的问题,制定安全、高效的风险监测及质量控制措施,确保食品化学污染物的风险监测结果更加安全、准确、高效及可靠。
Since the 'Food Safety Law',conducted in 2010,of a relatively comprehensive and systematic risk monitoring chemical contamination of food,for the food safety risk monitoring process of emerging issues,develop appropriate quality control measures.Moreover,the food safety risk monitoring chemical contaminants have been,are an important part of the national food safety management.In view of this,the main point of analysis of food contamination risk monitoring quality control of this article,risk monitoring for problems to develop safe and efficient risk monitoring and quality control measures to ensure that the results of risk monitoring of chemical contaminants in food safety is more accurate,efficient and reliable.
