摘要
在当今高科技迅速发展的时代,人们在享受社会带来便利的同时,也会关注身边的食品安全,尤其是最近经常出现的食品安全问题,比如地沟油、三鹿奶粉、黑心作坊等等,然而保障食品安全就要需要检验人员对食品进行精确地检验。本文从影响食品检验准确性因素出发,进而提出了对食品检验准确性的探讨,保证食品的准确性检验,为下一步研究做准备。
In today's high-tech era of rapid development,when people enjoy social' s convenience,they also pay attention to food safety around them,especially the recent frequently food safety problems,such as illegal cooking oil,sanlu milk powder, ' dirty' workshop and so on.However,ensuring food safety will need inspection personnel to test the food accurately.In this paper,it start from the factors influencing the food inspection accuracy,and then put forward for the discussion food inspection accuracy,ensure the accuracy of inspection,prepare for the next step research.
