摘要
企业在生产玉米淀粉时,玉米蛋白粉一般都是作为饲料,但是其中含有丰富的玉米黄色素。玉米黄色素可以作为一款"安全""天然"的食品添加剂应用到食品中,而且可以应用于保健品等。本文简述了玉米黄色素的一些性质、主要的几种制取方法和基本的保存方法,并且对其进行展望。
In the production of corn starch,corn gluten meal is generally used as a feed,But it is rich in Corn yellow pigment.Corn yellow pigment can be used as a ' safe' ' natural' food additives applied to food,and can be used in health care products,etc.In this paper,some properties of corn yellow pigment,some of the main preparation methods and basic preservation methods were introduced,and the prospect of it.
