The aflatoxin B_1 is the common material of contaminated food,improve the quality of detection method and is of great significance for food safety.This article mainly discusses the methods used for the detection of aflatoxin B_1 in food were studied,analysis,aims to provide a reference for the determination of aflatoxin B_1.
