摘要
运用高效液相色谱法测定人参口服液中6种人参皂甙。样品经60%甲醇水溶液提取,C_(18)固相萃取小柱净化;采用Agilent SB-AQ C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱分离,乙腈和水作为流动相梯度洗脱,紫使用紫外检测器在203 nm波长下对6种主要人参皂甙Rg1、Re、Rb1、Rc、Rb2和Rd进行分析。结果表明:6种人参皂甙在0.01~0.8 mg/mL浓度范围內呈良好的线性关系(0.999 71~0.999 76),相对偏差(RSD)<3%,回收率>92%。该方法准确方便、灵敏度高,可实现人参口服液中微量人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1、Rc、Rb2和Rd的测定。
Determination of six ginsenosis in Ginseng oral Iiqui4 d was performed by high performance liquid chromatography.The samples were extracted by 60% methanol-water solution and purified by SPE C_(18) Cartridges.Agilent SB-AQ C_(18)(6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) column was selected and acetonitrile- water solution was used as mobile phase with gradient elution.Main ginsenosis Rg1、Re、Rb1、Rc、Rb2、Rd was analyzed by UV detector with 203 nm wave length.The results showed that:the linear concentration range from 0.01 mg/mL to 0.8 mg/mL,the correlation coefficient R^2 was between 0.999 71 to 0.999 76;elative standard deviation(RSD) < 3%,the recovery rate was above 90%.The method is accurate and convenient in the deter mination and feasible applying in the deter mination of six ginsenosis de in ginseng oral liquid.
