摘要
以常州大学石油化工学院新建食品质量与安全专业为例,从食品专业教学团队建设,课程设置方案调研与借鉴,实践环节的设定与可行性研究等多个方面探索讨论了以化工学院为依托的食品质量与安全专业建设,以期为其他高校筹建新专业提供一定的思路和依据。
Food quality and safety specialty was constructed by school of petrochemical engineering in Changzhou university recently.Based on this,we explore and discuss the scheme of food quality and safety professional building under the background of chemical engineering,including the construction of professional teaching team,the curriculum research and reference,laboratory construction and management,the setting and feasibility study of practice work et al.Hoping to provide some thinking and basis for those universities who are going to establish new professions.
