The development of economic globalization has put forward more strict standards on the quality of aquatic products in China,pollution-free,pollution-free high-quality products will become the main choice of the international market.In view of this,this paper will explore the processing and quality control countermeasures of non pollution aquatic products,the aim is to promote the healthy and sustainable development of aquatic products industry.
