摘要
按照分光光度法测得酱鸭腿中亚硝酸盐含量,再通过建立数学模型,分析得出影响酱鸭腿中亚硝酸盐含量的不确定度的主要因素有测定用样液中亚硝酸钠质量、测量重复性、样液体积、样品称量和分光光度计,将这些变量的不确定度进行合成和扩展,得出酱鸭腿中亚硝酸盐含量的不确定度。其不确定度报告为酱鸭腿中亚硝酸盐含量(1.23±0.11)mg/kg,包含因子k=2。
The uncertainty of measurement results of the sauce meat nitrite content determined by spectrophotometry method was analyzed and calculated.To establish the mathematical model of uncertainty,five major source of uncertainty were determine the quality of test sample liquid sodium nitrite,measurement repeatability,sample processing liquid volume and sample quality.Uncertainty of these variables and extension of synthesis draw a spectrophotometry measuring nitrite content analysis method of uncertainty.The uncertainty of the report showed the sauce meat nitrite content to be(1.23 ± 0.11) mg/kg(k=2).
