摘要
福寿仙多糖壹号菌种是我公司保健产品的工程菌种之一。该菌株属猴头茵,是从野生食用菌中分离出的一种担子菌,经公司研发部多年对该菌种的驯化,得出一株多糖转化率高且能稳定遗传的菌株。猴头菌的主要有效成分是猴头菇多糖,大量的医学和药理学研究表明,猴头菇多糖具有提高免疫力、抗肿瘤、抗衰老、降血脂等生理功能。本文主要研究该菌株的固态发酵工艺,优化福寿仙多糖壹号菌种固态发酵的培养条件,以提高其多糖转化率,从而使产品效果更佳。
Fushouxian No.1 strain is one of the engineering strains of health products in our company.It belongs to Hericiumerinaceus,a species of Basidiomycetes which was separated by Wild edible mushroom.Throughmany years of domestication,we have gotten a strain with high conversion rate and stable inheritance.Hericiumpolysaccharides are the main effective ingredient of Hericiumerinaceus.Massive researches in medicine and pharmacology have proved that hericium polysaccharide can enhance immunity,antitumor,anti-aging,reducing blood lipid and other physiological functions.This article mainly researches and optimizes the solid state fermentation technology of FuShouxian No.1 strain to increase the conversion rate of Polysaccharides.
