摘要
本文采用原子荧光法测定鱼粉中硒的含量,结合特定测量方法和不确定度评定规范,分析影响测定结果质量的不确定度,并对不确定度进行评估,最终给出扩展不确定度,真实反映测量的置信度和准确度。
In this paper,the content of selenium in fish meal is determined by Atomic Fluorescence Spectroscopy,combining with specfic measurement method and the uncertainty evaluation specification,analysis of the uncertainty affecting the quality of the determination results,and to evaluate the uncertainty,and finally,the expanded uncertainty are provided,which can reflect the confidence level and accuracy of the measurement.
