摘要
现阶段我国消费者在食品问题上最看重的不是价格,而是质量。要保证入口的东西对人体本身没有侵害,是所有消费者追求的。然而在经济市场竞争激烈的今天,在高利益的驱使下,食品质量与安全事件不断涌现,这不仅严重地危害了消费者的健康,也给国家带来了严重的经济损失。本文从控制食品质量与安全的角度出发,探究食品质量安全可追溯关键技术的发展过程。
