增塑剂是一种高分子材料助剂,在环境雌激素中,属于酞酸酯类物质,在工业当中,有着十分广泛的应用。增塑剂不可应用于食品当中,如果人类误食,将会对生殖系统、内分泌系统造成很大的伤害。基于此,本文采用试验的方法,主要以邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物为例,对利用气相色谱及气相色谱-质谱法检测食品中的增塑剂进行了分析。

Plasticizer is a kind of polymer additives, in environmental estrogen, which belongs to the phthalic acid esters, in the middle of the industry, a very wide range of applications. Plasticizing agent is not used to the food, if eating human will to the reproductive system, endocrine system caused a lot of damage. Based on this, this article uses the test method, mainly takes the ortho benzene two formic acid ester compound as the example, has carried on the analysis to the use of gas chromatography and gas chromatography- mass spectrometry determination of the plasticizer in food.
