摘要
在50 L和500 L机械搅拌生物反应器中进行流加混合碳源-番茄汁培养红发夫酵母产虾青素。其中,50 L反应器获得生物量32.19 g/L,虾青素产量24.17 mg/L;500 L反应器获得生物量36.17 g/L,糖转化率达到42%,虾青素产量达到31.19 mg/L。
Scale-up culture was achieved with the compound carbon sources-tomato juice fed-batch culture in 50 L and 500 L bioreactors. Maximum cell growth and astaxanthin production was reached 32.19 g/L and 24.17 mg/L, respectively in the 50 L bioreactor. In the 500 L bioreactor, conversion rate of sugar was as high as 42%. The maximum biomass and astaxanthin content was reached 36.17 g/L and 1006μg/g, respectively. The maximum astaxanthin production was 31.19 mg/L.
