摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展,越来越多的食品问题暴露在群众视野中,究其原因还是监督力度不够,食品工厂未形成对食品安全生产的重视。本文主要介绍食品检测的意义,进一步分析国内食品安全的问题特征,提出食品检测对食品安全的管理要求。
With the continuous development of social economy,more and more food problems exposed in the view,the fundamental cause is inadequate supervision and food factory does not form the heart of the fear of the food production. This paper mainly introduces the significance of food testing and further analyzes the characteristics of the country's food safety problem,the author also raises the food testing for food safety management requirements.
