摘要
近年来,随着生活水平的提高,公众对乳制品的需求量越来越大,对乳制品质量的要求也逐渐提高,高产量、高质量、高营养水平逐渐成为现代乳品工业生产的主要目标,因而大量高新技术广泛应用于乳制品的加工过程中。本文对现代高新技术在乳制品加工中的应用进行探讨,为推动乳制品加工技术的发展贡献一份力量。
