摘要 吃穿住用行一直备受人们关注,尤其是近几年来网络媒体不断报道各种食品质量与安全的问题,这些食品安全问题一直困扰着广大消费者,导致人心惶惶,同时也引起国家的高度重视。确保食品质量与安全,让人们用到安全放心的产品,保障广大消费者的权利与健康,这需要食品质量安全监督部门加大对食品的监督力度。本文将重点分析目前我国食品监督部门存在的必要性和重要意义以完善我国食品质量与安全监管监理工作。 Food and clothes, live has always been of concern, especially the network media reports continue to food quality and safety of various problems in recent years, these food safety problems have been plaguing consumers and result in jittery, it also caused the attention of the nation. To ensure food quality and safety so that people use safe and secure products to protect the rights and health of the majority of consumers, which requires food quality and safety supervision departments to increase supervision of food. This paper focus on the analysis of the necessity and significance of China's food supervision departments to improve the supervision of food quality and safety supervision.
