摘要
随着生活水平的提升,人们对于生活质量的要求也在逐渐提升,在日常生活中,体现为对食品的质量要求越来越高,对食品的种类追求也更多,传统的生产模式已无法满足这一需求,而将生物工程技术引入食品领域,能够达到良好的效果。本文以此为中心,结合工作实际,分析论述生物工程技术在食品领域中的应用问题。
