三门县市售海带、紫菜中重金属镉含量状况分析

Analysis of Heavy Metal Cadmium Content in kelp and laver in Sanmen County

紫菜和海带是常见的海藻,含有丰富的碳水化合物、矿物质、脂质和维生素等营养成分和活性物质,是老百姓餐桌上喜闻乐见的食品。三门县位于三门湾内,海洋资源丰富,为了解三门县市售海带、紫菜重金属污染含量情况,2015-2016年三门县食品药品检验检测中心随机抽取农贸市场上的海带和紫菜样品,对其中的镉含量进行检测分析。

Laver and kelp are common algae which rich in carbohydrates, lipids, minerals, vitamins and other nutrients or active substances, it is loved by the people of food on the table. Sanmen county is located in Sanmen Bay, abundant marine resources, in order to understand the three counties of the sale of heavy metal pollution in kelp and laver, food and drug inspection and testing center of sanmen county were randomly selected from the farmers' market and seaweed samples were detected on the cadmium content in 2015-2016.
