Determination of 57 Pesticide Residues in Dried Fruits by Solid Phase Extraction and Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry

本文建立了固相萃取-气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法测定干果中57种农药残留的分析方法。样品以乙腈提取,经正己烷脱脂后,采用TPT固相小柱净化。待测物经HP-5MS UI毛细管柱分离,以高纯He为流动相,采用监测离子模式(SIM)。

This paper established a method for the determination of 57 pesticide residues in dried fruits by solid phase extraction gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GC-MS). Samples were extracted by acetonitrile, defatted with hexane, using TPT SPE cartridges. The samples were separated by HP-5MS UI capillary column, and the high purity He was used as the mobile phase, the monitoring ion mode was used.
