人参中有机氯农药残留的凝胶渗透色谱净化和GC-MS测定 被引量:2

摘要 中药成分复杂,在分析其中农药残留含量时,常受到杂质干扰,特别是一些大分子物质。药典中引入凝胶渗透色谱净化方法(Gel Permeation Chromatography,GPC净化),以去除中药样品中所含的大分子杂质,既可降低大分子杂质对分析物的色谱干扰,也可避免其在色谱进样口和柱头的沉积,保护了色谱系统。本文对人参样品有机氯农药残留分析中GPC净化的应用效果进行报道。 The traditional Chinese medicine composition is complex, it is often interfered by impurities in the analysis of pesticide residues, especially some macromolecular substances. Gel permeation chromatography purification method in Chinese Pharmacopoeia contained in the Chinese traditional medicine samples, which can not only reduce the interference of macromolecular impurities on the chromatographic analysis, can also avoid the deposition in the chromatography injector and stigma, protection of the chromatographic system. In this paper, the application effect of GPC in the analysis of organochlorine pesticide residues in ginseng samples was reported.
