ICP-MS同时测定食品中41种金属元素的前处理方法研究 被引量:4

摘要 利用微波消解前处理技术,建立ICP-MS同时测定食品中36种重金属元素和16种稀土元素的方法。食品样品经硝酸-双氧水体系微波消解后,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定,通过在线加入内标溶液校正,同时测定食品中41种重金属元素。结果表明,该方法的线性范围宽,线性关系良好,相关系数r均在为0.999以上,检出限低;对国家标准物质GBW 10014(圆白菜)、GBW 10016(茶叶)、GBW 10023(紫菜)、GBW 10024(扇贝)进行消解处理,用ICP-MS测定,进行方法验证,结果准确可信。 This paper established a method for the simultaneous determination of 36 heavy metal elements and 16 rare earth elements in food by microwave digestion. The food samples were digested by nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide solution, and then determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). The 41 kinds of heavy metal elements were determined by adding the internal standard solution. The results showed that the linear range of this method is wide, good linear relationship, the correlation coefficient was above 0.999, the detection limit is low; the national standard material GBW 10014(cabbage), GBW 10016(tea), GBW 10023(seaweed) and GBW 10024(Scallop in Shell) were pretreated, it determined by the ICP-MS method verify that the results are accurate and reliable.
