摘要
在社会经济发展带动作用下,人们生活水平较有了明显的提升,但随着近年来食品安全问题频发,也给我国食品卫生质量检测敲响了警钟。作为评价食品卫生质量重要指标,大肠菌群检验工作尤为重要。然而在实践检验过程中,传统大肠菌群检验方法应用存在一定的弊端。本文主要分析典型试验检测,并提出改进措施。
Under the impetus of social and economic development,people's living standards have improved significantly,but in recent years,with the frequent occurrence of food safety issues,but also to the quality of food hygiene in China sounded the alarm. As an important index to evaluate the quality of food hygiene,the examination of coliform bacteria is very important. However,there are some disadvantages in the application of the traditional coliform test method in practice. In this paper,the typical test test is analyzed,and the improvement measures are put forward.
