摘要
近年来,人们对食品安全方面的问题较为关注。重金属属于食品安全中危害性较高的一项,按照不同的食品种类对其中的重金属含量和比例数值进行限量。其中,铅属于食品安全中常见的微量重金属元素,国家已将其列为重金属污染检测项目中。按照国家食品安全的相应标准,采用石墨炉原子吸收法测定食品中的铅元素,并分析其不确定度。因此,本文主要实验与验证石墨炉原子吸收法检测结果的准确性。
People pay more attention to food safety issues. Heavy metals are one of the most hazardous substances in food safety in recent years. According to different kinds of food,heavy metal content and proportion are limited. Among them,lead is a kind of trace heavy metals in food safety,which has been listed as a heavy metal pollution detection project. According to the national food safety standards,the lead content in food was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry,and the uncertainty was analyzed. Therefore,the accuracy of the results of the graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry is verified by experiments.
