摘要
食品理化检验是检验食品质量的重要标准,所以检验过程中的质量控制就显得尤为重要。本文通过分析样品、仪器、试剂、操作人员、实验环境和实验方法等方面,反映出理化检验中质量控制的重要性,并简要介绍理化检验的方法。
The food physical and chemical inspection is an important standard to test the quality of food, so the quality control in the inspection process is particularly important. In this paper, the importance of quality control in physical and chemical testing is analyzed by means of analysis of samples, instruments, reagents, operators, experimental environment and experimental methods.
