摘要
目前,膜分离技术凭借其节能环保、操作简单等优势,已广泛应用于国内外的各个领域。例如食品、化工、污水处理等领域,对经济的发展具有十分重要的意义。本文简单综述膜分离的方法与原理在饮料加工、乳制品加工、粮油加工、酿造食品加工等行业中废水、废弃物方面的应用,并分析目前该技术存在的问题,展望其在食品工业的发展。
At present, membrane separation technology has been widely used in various fields at home and abroad because of its advantages of energy saving and environmental protection, simple operation and so on. For example, food, chemical industry, sewage treatment and other fields, is of great significance to the development of the economy. This paper briefly reviews the principle and method of membrane separation in beverage processing, dairy processing, grain processing, food processing and other industries in the brewing wastewater, waste applications, and analyzes the present problems of this technology, the prospect of the development of the food industry.
