摘要
很多企业为了获得高产高利润,在食品生产过程中,乱用食品加工技术,引发了很多食品安全问题,对消费者的饮食安全造成了一定的影响。质量技术监督部门是我国食品生产与加工的质量监督部门,对食品加工技术具有一定的规范作用,可以有效保证食品的质量安全性,保证消费者的消费安全。本文主要对质量技术监督与食品加工技术分别进行了分析,并在此基础上,探究了食品加工技术中质量技术监督的规范作用。
