随着我国科技水平的日益增强,食品加工行业的发展取得了长足的进步。在食品加工过程中,机电一体化得到广泛的应用,极大的提高了食品加工效率,同时使得食品加工企业的经济收益逐渐提高。本文论述了机电一体化在食品加工过程中的应用特点,进而对机电一体化在食品加工行业的应用进行分析。

With the increasing level of science and technology in China, the development of food processing industry has made great progress. In the process of food processing, mechanical and electrical integration has been widely used, greatly improving the efficiency of food processing, while making food processing enterprises to gradually increase the economic benefits. This paper discusses the application characteristics of electromechanical integration in food processing, and then analyzes the application of electromechanical integration in food processing industry.
