摘要
食品原料是生产消费的源头,是食品安全的基本保障。安全控制食品原料生产过程是保障食品安全的途径之一。基于此,针对食品原料安全的现状及问题,提出改善食品安全原料控制的措施,为我国食品原料安全控制提供参考。
Food raw materials is the source of production and consumption, and is the basic guarantee of food safety. Safety control of food raw materials production process is one of the ways to protect food safety. Based on this, in view of the present situation and problems of food safety, some measures to improve the control of food safety were put forward, to provide reference for the safety control of food raw materials in China.
