食品质量检验现状及对策

Current Situation and Countermeasure of Food Quality Inspection

众所周知,食品的质量安全与人们的健康和生命息息相关。我国目前的食品质量安全状况却不容乐观。随着地沟油、瘦肉精、墨汁粉条、毒豆芽等食品质量安全事故的频频发生,食品质量安全检验工作越来越受到重视。但在实际的食品质量安全检验中还存在一些问题,本文就食品质量安全检验中存在的问题进行分析并探讨解决的对策。

It is well known that the quality and safety of food is closely related to people's health and life. China's current food quality and safety situation is not optimistic. With the waste oil, clenbuterol, ink vermicelli, poison bean sprouts and other food quality and safety accidents occur frequently, food quality and safety inspection work more and more attention. However, there are some problems in the actual food quality and safety inspection. In this paper, the problems in food quality and safety inspection are analyzed and the countermeasures are discussed.
