摘要 随着当前社会经济的发展,市场出现越来越多的不安全食品,人们对食品安全问题也渐渐提起了重视。如何快速高效的检测食品安全成为当前重要问题,液相色谱法的高效快速检测符合当前发展形势。本文就高效液相色谱法在食品检测方面的应用进行了分析。 With the current social and economic development, the market more and more unsafe food, people on food safety issues have gradually brought attention. How to quickly and efficiently detect food safety has become an important issue, rapid and rapid detection of liquid chromatography in line with the current development situation. In this paper, the application of high performance liquid chromatography in food testing was analyzed.
