食品免疫学课程“翻转课堂”初探模式

随着信息技术的不断发展和教学方案的不断革新,信息技术越来越多的被应用到课堂实践中。近年来,出现的翻转课堂的信息化教学模式逐渐被各个学校争相采用。针对食品免疫学课程所涵盖知识的复杂性、难易度等,通过运用翻转课堂教学模式,能为学生在学习过程中带来一些新鲜感和积极性。因此,本文主要探究翻转课堂教学模式在食品免疫学课程中对课堂带来的变化,以及翻转课堂教学模式在课堂中发挥的优势和作用。

With the continuous development of information technology and the continuous reform of teaching programs, more and more information technology has been applied to classroom practice. In recent years, the emergence of the flipped classroom teaching model is gradually being adopted by various schools. According to the food immunology course covered the knowledge of complexity, difficulty, flip through the use of classroom teaching mode, students can bring some fresh and active in the learning process. Therefore, this paper mainly discusses the change of classroom teaching mode in the course of food immunology, and the advantages and functions of the flipped classroom teaching mode in the classroom.
