摘要 在21世纪的今天,互联网作为一种新兴媒介,正以蓬勃的姿态不断发展与完善。许多传统的线下行业也借助互联网这一平台,进一步推动商贸合作与沟通交流。传统美食行业也不例外,通过线上线下结合的方式为消费者提供服务,解决顾客对美食的需求。本文将以菜谱类美食应用为例,从现今互联网美食的发展状况入手,分析现有平台合作的机遇与不足。同时,深入研究互联网美食移动端的盈利模式,分析互联网这一新型媒介对饮食行业的未来发展走向。 In twenty-first Century, as a new media, the Internet is developing and improving with the vigorous attitude. Many traditional offline industry also with the Internet platform to further promote business cooperation and communication. Traditional food industry is no exception, through the combination of online and offline ways to provide consumers with services to solve customer demand for food. This article will be based on the application of food recipes as an example, from the development of the current Internet food development, analysis of the existing platform for cooperation opportunities and deficiencies. At the same time, in-depth study of the profit model of mobile Internet food side, analysis of the future development trend of the Internet, a new media for the catering industry.
