摘要
本文主要分析粮油食品中黄曲霉素的检测方法,并结合当下粮油食品安全中黄曲霉毒素的危害和检测方式创新等为根据,从黄曲霉毒素对人的危害与高效液相色谱法、薄层色谱法、免疫分析法、生物传感器法和金标试纸法等方面进行深入探索与研究,旨在提升我国粮油食品中黄曲霉毒素检测技术,实现粮油食品的安全食用。
This paper mainly analyzes the detection method of aflatoxin in grain and oil food.
