摘要
纳滤是在反渗透和超滤之间的一种膜分离技术,将其应用在酸奶制作中能够开发出一种纳滤浓缩酸奶新工艺,在不应用食品添加剂的情况下能生产出咀嚼性、黏弹性良好的奶制品。因此,能将纳滤技术应用到酸奶生产加工中。本文主要分析纳滤技术浓缩原料乳生产酸奶工艺,以期能生产出良好的奶制品。
Nanofiltration is a membrane between reverse osmosis and ultrafiltration separation technology, its application will be able to develop a new technology of nanofiltration in yoghurt yogurt, can produce chewing milk products, good viscoelasticity without the use of food additives under the condition. Therefore, the nanofiltration technology can be used in the production and processing of yogurt. In this paper, the technology of concentrating yogurt with raw milk was analyzed, in order to produce good dairy products.
