摘要
食品微生物致病菌是食品质量的重要指标,本文将一种微生物荧光光电检测系统与传统国家标准检验方法在检测金黄色葡萄球菌上进行比较,得出了两种方法检测结果一致的结论,但是该检测系统相对于传统检测方法具有检测时间短、操作简单、可自动显示结果等优点。
Microbial pathogens is an important indicator of food quality, this paper compared the detection of Staphylococcus aureus by a microbial fluorescence photoelectric detection system and traditional national standard test method, the test results of two methods were consistent conclusions, but the detection system is compared with the traditional detection method, simple operation, short detection time can automatically display the results.
