漯河地区生产企业中食品添加剂的使用调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Use of Food Additives in Production Enterprises in Luohe

目前,食品添加剂在企业中滥用情况十分普遍,导致了多起食品安全事件,已经成为群众最关注的食品安全问题之一。本文以漯河市75家食品生产企业为例,对添加剂的使用情况进行了跟踪调查,深入研究食品添加剂在漯河市食品生产企业中的使用状况。结果表明,企业的产品种类、规模和供应链一体化程度都会影响食品添加剂使用情况;规范企业食品添加剂的添加和使用已迫在眉睫。

The abuse of food additives in the enterprise is very common, and led to a number of food safety incidents at present, it has become one of the most concerned about food safety issues. In this paper, 75 food production enterprises in luohe as an example, the use of additives were followed up, in-depth study of the use of food additives in the production of enterprises. The results show that the types of products, the scale and the degree of integration of the supply chain will affect the use of food additives
