为了满足人体机能,在日常生活中,人们必须摄取一定的油脂来保证健康。食用油作为一种最常见的油脂,可以为人体提供充分的营养,而且很多食品的基础原料也是食用油。随着社会的发展,人们对于食物的安全问题越来越重视,因此要不断提高食用油的质量安全,只有使用科学的检测方法,才能在极大程度上保证食用油的安全。目前,社会各界的人士已经将目光放在了食用油的安全问题上,也因此,必须尽快提升食用油的质量检测手段。人的身体健康与食用油有着密不可分的关系,只有安全的食用油才可以让人们放心的食用。本文主要对食用油的质量安全进行探讨,并且介绍了一些检测方法。
In order to meet the human body function, in daily life, we have to wade to absorb a certain amount of oil to ensure health. Edible oil as one of the most common oils, can provide adequate nutrition for the human body, but also a lot of food is the basic raw material for edible oil. With the development of society, people pay more attention to food safety problems, which requires us to continuously improve the quality and safety of edible oil, only the use of scientific method, in order to ensure the safety of edible oil to a great extent. At present, people from all walks of life have put their eyes on the safety of edible oil, and therefore, we must improve the quality of edible oil as soon as possible means of detection. People's physical health and edible oil has a close relationship, only the safe edible oil can make people eat at ease. This paper mainly discusses the quality and safety of edible oil, and introduces some testing methods.
