摘要
以坛紫菜为研究对象,采用微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定坛紫菜中11种微量元素含量。结果表明:坛紫菜中元素含量顺序为:K>Na>Mg>Fe>Ca>Zn>Mn>Cu>Cr>Pb>Cd;加标回收率在95.6%~101.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.3%~3.4%,具有较高的精密度与准确度,这为坛紫菜质量控制及其合理开发与利用提供了重要的依据。
The contents of 11 trace elements in Porphyra haitanensis were determined by microwave digestion flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The results show that the sequence of Porphyra haitanensis element content of elements of K Na Mg Fe Ca Zn Mn Cu Cr Pb Cd; the rate of recovery was 95.6% ~ 101.4% of standard addition, relative standard deviation(RSD) in 0.3% ~ 3.4%, with high precision and accuracy, which provides an important basis for the quality control and rational utilization of Porphyra haitanensis.
