食品质量安全直接影响人民群众的生命健康,甚至影响经济社会的和谐稳定,因此保障食品生产安全对于我国经济发展具有重要的现实意义,而计量控制工作可以在很大程度上保证食品生产的质量安全。本文分析了计量控制技术对食品生产安全的重要作用和我国食品生产面临的主要问题,并提出了计量控制技术在食品生产安全中的应用,这对今后计量控制技术在食品生产安全中的应用具有非常重要的参考价值。

Food quality and safety affect people's life and health directly, and even affect the economic and social harmony and stability, thus to ensure the safety of food production has important practical significance for the economic development of our country, and measuring control work will be greatly guarantee the quality safety of food production. This paper analyses the measurement control technology on food production safety of the important role and the main problems in the food production in China, it also put forward the measurement control technology in food production safety, the application of this measurement control technology in food production safety in the future have important reference value.
