本文以超市为例,简要分析了六西格玛管理的基本概念与方法,分别从确定食品安全改进项目、收集测量食品改进项目指标数据、分析问题出现原因及制定解决方案等方面,探讨六西格玛应用于超市食品安全管理中的实用对策。
This paper analyzes the basic concepts and methods of Six Sigma management taking supermarkets as an example, and discussing the application of Six Sigma from supermarkets to identify food safety improvement projects, collect data on measures to measure food improvement projects, analyze the causes of problems and formulate solutions.
