摘要
本文对3种天然冬虫夏草、1种北虫草中氨基酸含量进行测定。经酸水解按照国标测定,得到4种样品中水解氨基酸总含量为:云南产地(29.30±0.54)g/100 g,西藏产地(27.62±0.34)g/100 g,青海产地(25.14±0.14)g/100 g,北虫草(25.83±0.25)g/100 g。虫草中均未检测到蛋氨酸、半胱氨酸、色氨酸。
In this paper, the contents of amino acids in 3 kinds of natural Cordyceps sinensis and 1 kinds of Cordyceps militaris were determined. According to the national standard by acid hydrolysis, 4 samples of hydrolysis of the total amino acid content is:(29.30±0.54)g/100 g of Yunnan province;(27.62±0.34) g/100 g of Tibet;(25.14±0.14) g/100 g of Qinghai Province;(25.83±0.25) g/100 g of cordyceps militaris. No methionine, cysteine and tryptophan were detected in Cordyceps sinensis.
