摘要
近年来,频繁发生的食品安全问题引起了社会的广泛关注。为了保证食品的质量和安全,必须要做好食品检验工作,提高食品检验的准确性,从源头上杜绝食品安全问题的发生。鉴于此,本文从人为因素、样本的抽取和制备,仪器与试剂、检验方法及环境因素5个方面分析影响食品检验准确性的因素,以期提高食品检验的质量。
In recent years, the frequent occurrence of food safety issues has aroused widespread concern in society.In order to ensure quality and safety of food, we must do a good job of food inspection work, improve the accuracy of food testing, from the source to prevent food safety problems.
