开封某高校大学生膳食调查

摘要 饮食对于人们的生存与健康有着非常重要的意义。本文对开封大学医学部展开膳食调查,希望通过本次膳食调查,能够了解大学生的膳食模式及营养素摄入情况,对饮食正常营养需求满足程度进行评定,引导学生合理饮食。调查结果显示,我校学生的饮食基本符合以植物性食物为主,高碳水化合物的膳食结构,能量也基本满足人体需要,蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物供能比例也符合能量平衡的要求。但是油脂类食品摄入量偏高,水果类、奶类制品以及水产品摄入不足。针对以上情况,建议学校食堂能够调整并建立科学的膳食结构,并对学生和食堂工作人员加强营养知识、合理膳食的宣传教育,为学生的健康饮食提供保障。 Diet is very important for people's existence and health. A dietary survey was conducted at the Kaifeng University medical department. Hope that through this dietary survey, to understand the dietary patterns of college students and nutrients intake, the normal diet, nutritional needs of the satisfaction of the assessment, and guide students a reasonable diet.The survey results show that the students in our school diet basically conforms to the main plant food, diet high in carbohydrates, but also meet the basic needs of human energy, protein, fat, carbohydrate energy proportion also accord with energy balance requirements. However, the intake of fatty foods is too high, and the intake of fruits, dairy products and aquatic products is insufficient. In view of the above situation, suggested that the school canteen can adjust and establish a scientific diet structure, and strengthen the propaganda and education of nutrition knowledge, reasonable diet for the students and the staff canteen, to provide protection for the healthy diet of students.
