摘要
近年来,食品安全问题逐渐成为一个社会性问题,对社会的稳定发展及人们生命健康安全均会产生较大影响。在食品加工生产及实际供应过程中,很多方面因素均会对其安全性造成重要影响,其中比较重要的一个就是微生物危害,因而控制食品中微生物危害也就十分必要。所以,相关工作人员应积极选择有效措施及方法控制食品微生物危害,使其安全性得到较好保证。
Food safety has become a social problem in recent years, for the good development of society and people life and health safety stability will have a greater degree of influence. In the food processing and the actual supply process, many factors have an important influence on the safety, one of which is the more important microbial hazards, thus harm on microorganisms in food control is very necessary. Therefore, the relevant staff should actively select effective measures and methods to control food microbial hazards, so that their safety is better guaranteed.
