随着经济的高速发展,人们对食品的要求也越来越高,特别是对食品质量的要求。食品安全问题对人们的生活和身体具有很大的影响,可以通过专业的食品检查单位进行食品的检验。本文主要分析了食品检测过程中的各种问题与要求,以及食品检验实验室管理中质量体系的作用,从而保障食品的安全。
With the rapid development of the economy, the demand for food in China is higher and higher, especially for food quality. Food safety issues have a big impact on our lives and our bodies. We can through professional food inspection unit of food inspection. In order to ensure the safety of food, this paper mainly analyzes the problems and requirements in the process of food inspection and the function of the quality system in the food inspection laboratory management.
