我国食品安全的现状及其对策研究

随着我国科技的不断进步,我国市场经济也不断发展,随之引发的食品安全事件也越来越多。食品是人们生存的基础,因此,如何保障人们的食品安全受到了人们的广泛关注。目前,我国食品安全存在着一系列问题,这不仅损害了消费者的合法利益,还影响了社会主义市场经济的竞争秩序。本文结合我国食品安全问题现状,对保障食品安全的对策进行了分析。

Along with the advance of science and technology in our country, our country market economy unceasing development, also food safety events that may be associated with more and more, but food is the foundation of the people live, therefore, how to safeguard people's food safety has received the widespread attention. At present, there are a series of food safety problems in our country, it is not only harm the legitimate interests of consumers, also affected the competition order of socialist market economy. In this paper, together with the present situation of China's food safety problems to safeguard food safety countermeasures are analyzed.
