高效液相色谱技术是现代食品分析中的主要方式,本文分析高效液相色谱法的应用方式,提出食品营养成分与添加剂的应用测定路径,旨在提升我国食品检测方向上的进一步能力提升。
High performance liquid chromatography technology is the main way of modern food analysis, make analysis on Application of the HPLC method, proposed the application of food additives determination of nutritional components and path to enhance the detection of food on the direction of our country further to enhance the capacity.
