摘要
铁元素是人体必需的元素之一,在人体中具有造血功能,是维持人体正常机能的重要元素。人体的铁元素主要来自于食品,因此,测定食品中铁元素的含量有着重要的意义,本文采用火焰原子吸收法,通过不同检测条件,测定了食品中铁元素的含量。
Iron element is one of the essential elements of the human body, in the human body with hematopoietic function, is to maintain the normal function of the human body an important element. The iron element of the human body is mainly from the food, therefore, the determination of iron content in food has important significance, this paper uses flame atomic absorption method, through different detection conditions, the determination of food iron content.
