近年来,随着食品安全关注度的提高,食品安全相关的检测技术研究越来越多。拉曼光谱以其对极性物质不敏感、操作简便和准确的优点,在食品检测领域得到了广泛的应用。本文主要介绍了拉曼光谱的应用原理、分类以及在食品检测领域的应用,旨在为食品安全检测相关人员提供参考。

In recent years, with the improvement of food safety concerns, more and more food safety related detection techniques have been developed. Raman spectroscopy has been widely used in food detection because of its insensitivity to polar materials, simple and accurate operation. This paper mainly introduces the application principle and classification of Raman spectrum and its application in food inspection field, aiming to provide reference for food safety inspection personnel.
